Group Counseling

  • Jue Jue's Safe Space offers group counseling services to address occupational stress within companies. These services aim to provide support for individuals experiencing mental health challenges, fostering a more comfortable atmosphere at work or within their communities.

Couple Counseling

  • Couples seeking to resolve issues between themselves and their partners can avail of couple counseling. Each session lasts for 50 minutes, involving a mutual comfort discussion between the couple and the counselor. For more information, detailed inquiries can be made through the Chat box on Jue Jue's Safe Space Facebook Page.

  • Jue Jue's Safe Space shares weekly program schedules, along with articles and videos focusing on mental health awareness. We also organize support groups where individuals can openly share their thoughts. Collaborating with various organizations, we conduct webinar discussions and live events to raise awareness about mental health. Additionally, private training sessions are available for those seeking organizational training.

  • for the LGBTQ+ community, Rohingya community, diverse cultural traditions, and the importance of positive mental health is crucial in bridging the generation gap and dispelling misconceptions stemming from past stereotypes. Recognizing the psychological damage resulting from human rights violations, Jue Jue's Safe Space initiatives aim to create a supportive environment. These plans involve coordinating with relevant social organizations and engaging in discussions with leaders from all sectors to foster positive changes in the social landscape.

Suicide Helpline

Amid the ongoing crisis in Myanmar, the most severe consequence has been the surge in suicide cases. Jue Jue's Safe Space has launched a Suicide Helpline, offering 24-hour mental health services. A dedicated team of 373 volunteers from Batch (1) to Batch (5) is diligently working to provide immediate assistance to individuals contemplating suicide. The helpline operates round the clock, and within the span of over a year, more than 56 people have received emergency consultations.

  • Accredited and certified teachers utilize an American-accredited curriculum that is practical and applicable. Training sessions are conducted at Jue Jue's Safe Space on a monthly basis, occurring every three months.

  • Supervised by Founder Jue Jue Min Thu, a certified American Social Work, Jue Jue's Safe Space shares weekly mental health articles and videos on its social media platforms for free to all audiences.

  • Jue Jue's Safe Space Organization customizes monthly Continuing Education Sessions for its Suicide Helpline volunteers, addressing their specific needs. These complimentary sessions occur on a monthly basis, ensuring continuous growth and support for our committed volunteers within the organization.

Psychosocial support for women leader organizations

Jue Jue’s Safe Space organization collectively trained 90 individuals in suicide prevention, and 50 individuals received group counseling.

Jue Jue’s Safe Space, in collaboration with organizations like Mindfulness Bootcamp, Mom Supports Group, and East-West Center, launched free campaigns promoting mental health. As a result, 130 community members benefited from mental health education and support programs.

Free Training & Free Continue Education

  • Jue Jue's Safe Space conducts Intensive Suicide Prevention Training every three months, utilizing US-approved curricula. Individuals who successfully complete the course are eligible to volunteer at Jue Jue's Safe Space's 24/7 Suicide Helpline. The organization has conducted the Intensive Suicide Prevention Training six times, with a total of more than 1654 individuals trained, and 839 people receiving training certificates. Suicide Helpline Volunteers at Jue Jue's Safe Space also arrange free Continuing Education Sessions on a monthly basis.

Yearly Mental Health Conference

  • Jue Jue's Safe Space is a social justice and mental health organization that consolidates various elements into one cohesive platform. Annually, we host a mental health conference, featuring knowledgeable professionals from diverse roles. The conference explores a range of ideas, making it Myanmar's largest online mental health event each year.
