Gentlemen's Club "ခံစားချက်တွေ တိတ်ဆိတ်သွားသောအခါ (Silent Suffering)"
Jue Jue’s Safe Space will host its upcoming talk show program Gentlemen's Club, titled "Silent Suffering," exploring the emotional struggles men may experience when they suppress their feelings, the potential impact on mental health, and the importance of creating safe spaces where men can openly express themselves and seek support.
Led by Ko Theo alongside Dr. Alex, the session will discuss the consequences of emotional suppression, factors that may contribute to depression and suicidal ideation, and practical ways to support men in finding their way from emotional darkness toward hope and healing.
The session will stream live on the Jue Jue’s Safe Space YouTube Channel.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Online Course
Join Jue Jue’s Safe Space (JJSS) for a comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Online Course designed to help you navigate stress, regulate intense emotions, and build healthier relationships through four core DBT skills: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
Led by DBT Fellow Jue Jue Min Thu alongside JJSS trainers Bezet and Khant Zwe Nyi, this practice-based training will be conducted online via Zoom throughout September.

50% scholarships are available for active JJSS volunteers and alumni. Proceeds from the course directly support mental health assistance for individuals in need.
September Supervision for JJSS Volunteers
Jue Jue’s Safe Space will hold its monthly supervision session for Suicide Prevention and Peer Support Helpline volunteers on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 9:00 AM (MMT).
Led by Dr. Myint Zu Aye, Therapist and Clinical Lead at JJSS, this session will focus on case reviews to help our volunteers improve their active listening and counseling skills for more effective client support.
Attendance is highly encouraged for all active volunteers.
