Emergency Relief for Burma’s Earthquake Survivors

Your donation will be contributed to providing emergency humanitarian aid and psychosocial support for front line responders.

On March 28, a catastrophic 7.7 magnitude earthquake struck Myanmar, its epicenter just 12 km from Sagaing Division in the northwest part of the country. Over 1,644 lives have been lost, 3,408 are injured, and 139 remain missing. And yet, to make matters even worse, the Myanmar dictatorship has continued its airstrike campaigns against its own people during this time of suffering. Homes, hospitals, and schools lie in ruins. Families are sleeping under open skies, children are starving, and survivors face a dire shortage of clean water, medical care, and shelter. At Jue Jue’s Safe Space, we are racing against time to deliver urgent aid to those who have lost everything. Your donation today can save lives tomorrow.

This is not just charity. It is solidarity with Burma’s courage and a message to survivors: you are not forgotten. Join us to provide immediate relief and restore dignity to those stripped of everything.

Jue Jue’s Safe Space (JJSS) is assisting with two main services for grassroots humanitarian aid and psychological support services for people in Myanmar. JJSS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in the United States and can provide a donor appreciation letter for tax dedication purposes.

Right now, parents are digging through rubble with bare hands, searching for loved ones. The injured wait hours for overwhelmed medical teams. Elders and children sleep on debris-littered ground. But you can help rewrite this story. We work directly with trusted local partners (due to security reasons, our partner organizations cannot be revealed. Otherwise, Myanmar dictators will arrest them.) to bypass bureaucracy, ensuring aid reaches survivors within hours, not days. Every dollar is tracked, and every delivery is documented.

Donate now. Every contribution is a lifeline.

Care Letter for Earthquake Survivors

What kind of words would you like to say to the earthquake survivors and the rescue team members?
Currently, the people of Myanmar are facing significant challenges due to disasters. Some have lost their homes, some have suffered injuries, and others have lost beloved family members, relatives, and friends. In this difficult time of survival, we must come together as a community to confront and overcome these challenges.
Amid these difficulties, we can show those who are feeling sad and vulnerable that we are together by expressing warm and encouraging words that come from our hearts.
We will be sending letters of love and encouragement to those who have personally faced the impact of earthquakes and to the volunteers who are tirelessly working in rescue operations, through our team at Jue Jue’s Safe Space.
We have opened the Disaster Distress Helpline to provide emotional support about the grief and distress faced by earthquake-affected citizens, offering free assistance 24 hours a day. We are also organizing a Care Letter Campaign for Myanmar Earthquake Survivors, where we will deliver letters of love and encouragement to those on the ground, including both survivors and rescue workers. Let’s join together and write supportive letters!
The “Care Letter Campaign” will take place from April 3 to April 25, 2025.
